		<description>I too am confused on how they can scam you using paypal?  Everything is suppose to be secure and they protect you.  I would like more info on how this is possible. If you&#039;ve already withdrawn it to your bank, they will put your account into a negative balance and eventually send collections after you. Nothing is ever &quot;cleared&quot; with PayPal as long as you have an account with them.</description>
