The converter wasn't able to write the .zpl file in the location that you had mentioned (C:UsersUserNameMusicZunePlaylists) since the folder was read-only. Tried to remove that read-only attribute but wasn't successful. So I had your converter save the .zpl file to the desktop and I manually moved the file to the above mentioned location.
