I downloaded the windows live messenger to my blackberry storm but when I try to sign in to it it says the service is not enabled for this handheld. What hould I do? do I have to anable something on my blackbery in order to be able to use the messenger? I already have Internet on it..

I just read through this and I was having the same ERROR 65 UNABLE TO CONNECT – I followed the instruction for deleting the service books and registering the blackberry! Worked THANKS !!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve tried everything and my MSN (live) email account had still be unable to send messages to people in my address book. It had been working fine originally when I got the device a few weeks ago though.

Some searches on the RIM site found the problem! Apparently the problem resulted from the comma “,” in my entries since I changed my display preferences to “LAST, FIRST” versus the default “FIRST LAST”. Changed back that option and I can send emails from my live account again.

and also i have another problem when i switched off my bb it says that ” the device is scheduled to turn on at march 12 ” what should i do?
