The simplistic autoplaylist function in the Zune software is horrid. The lack of options (include/exclude by artist, album...) as well as an all too basic rating system (heart, broken heart, no heart) makes organizing a large quantity of music impossible. Apple has it right with Itunes and Microsoft should follow suit.
